D-Bone® European Sales Manager Position

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for building and motivating a high performing team. Initiate recruiting activities for open or new Inside Sales positions.
  • Interview, evaluate, and recommend candidates to fill open positions according to established company policies, processes and regulations.
  • Ensure team members plan and develop a working territory plan with a call sales cycle, secure daily appointments with potential prospects, schedule follow up meetings with potential prospects.

  • Organize educational lunch and learn programs to prospective and current customers.

  • Submit monthly activity/call reports concerning customer-related concerns, competitive information and overall summary of progress in the EU territory.

  • Contribute to the Intranet with updated information for each current account and potential account.

  • Required to work scheduled shows, conferences and other clinics inside and/or outside of territory which may include weekend travel.

  • Must attend scheduled and on-going training sessions

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding annual EU sales quota and targets
  • Establish, measures and tracks Key Performance Indicators including talk time, call activity, lead disposition and revenue generation.
  • Responsible for ensuring new hires complete on-boarding / training.  Also develops and organizes on-going training for team members. 
  • Provide on-going coaching and development with team members during regular communications.  Perform scheduled call monitoring and complete written assessments. Make recommendations for continued development/improvement or other actions as required.
  • Conducts annual performance evaluations to ensure Team Members are meeting territory, regional and company goals. 
  • Take corrective action when performance standards and goals are not met including, feedback, active territory action planning, training, etc to improve performance. 
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with Team Members to understand territory issues, strategy and execution actions.  Provide recommendations to ensure Team is meeting business goals.
  • Actively support company goals and initiatives. Ensure frequent communications with team: Hold weekly team meetings, discuss company information/updates, organizational changes, product information, events, educational programs, business /marketing strategies.
  • Work closely Inside Sales Rep to analyze sales data and develop strategies to provide solutions and promote sales.
  • In accordance with established company quotas and budgets, responsible for approval of various sales transactions, discounting and promotional programs.
  • Complies with company policies and procedures including but not limited to, Code of Conduct, Corporate Compliance policies, Travel and Expense policies, etc. 
  • Provide leadership and company representation at trade association meetings, other events and promote products and brand.
  • Prepare various sales reports and analysis as required for planning and forecasting. 
  • Performs related duties as required. 

Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities:

  • BS or BA degree
  • 3+ years demonstrated accomplishment in Inside Sales Management
  • Excellent customer relationship skills, demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication /collaboration skills, presentation and analysis skills
  • Ability to provide effective feedback and coaching
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members and build a highly effective team model.
